Many schools of nursing and midwifery run their own entrance exams and interviews, and many now also require UTME. Requirements usually include credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Check each school's official advert and confirm that the school is accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
Polytechnics
Admission into ND programmes is through JAMB and the polytechnic's screening.
Colleges of education
Admission into NCE programmes is through JAMB and the college's screening.
For all of these, accept your offer on CAPS on your JAMB profile, and beware of agents selling forms or admission.
