Choosing a course is one of the biggest decisions in this process. A few questions help:

  • What do I enjoy and do well in? Look at the subjects you score highest in.
  • What does the course actually involve? Read the course outline, or ask current students here.
  • Do I meet the requirements? Check the UTME subject combination and O-Level credits in the JAMB brochure.
  • How competitive is it? Courses like Medicine, Law and Nursing have high cut-offs. Have a realistic second option.
  • What can I do with it? Ask people working in the field.

Post the courses you are choosing between and why, and other students and graduates can share their experience.
